Job summary

Twilio is seeking a Sr Financial Manager, Partnerships to serve as the primary strategic driver for Global Partnerships' FP&A. You will craft economic models across Cloud Marketplaces and ISVs, align incentives with profitability goals, and partner with cross-functional teams to accelerate usage-based revenue.

You will lead forecasting, analytics, and executive-ready narratives, shaping multi-year investments and ensuring disciplined unit economics across partner ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A experience in a progressive financial role.
• Strong financial modeling skills with forecasting, budgeting and reporting.
• Excellent business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders with data-driven insights.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and problem-solving across multiple teams.
• Ability to work independently and think strategically.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly proficient with Google Sheets or Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Anaplan, Tableau, Looker, and Oracle a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary advisor to the VP of Global Partnerships and leadership team.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize business through cloud marketplaces.
• Design revenue-share frameworks and co-sell incentives for partnerships.
• Build frameworks to measure MDF ROI, rebates, and enablement investments.
• Deliver board-level narratives on partner trends and priorities.
• Lead long-range planning, forecasting, and multi-year investment modeling.
• Define and monitor partner metrics including Partner-Sourced vs Partner-Influenced Revenue.
• Collaborate with Sales and Legal to evaluate non-standard partner contracts.
• Develop financial models for new market expansion and regional economics.
• Ensure accurate accruals for partner rebates and MDF contra-revenue adjustments.
