Job summary

Cin7, a fast-growing global SaaS company, is seeking a Senior Manager of Field & Event Marketing to own Cin7’s international field and event marketing program. You will build scalable, ROI-focused campaigns across trade shows, conferences, roadshows, and virtual events, partnering with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive pipeline and brand growth.

You will lead strategy and execution, optimize pre/post-event campaigns, and leverage AI-powered tools to boost efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience, with field/event/integrated campaign management.
• Experience scaling field marketing programs within SaaS/high-growth tech.
• Proven success planning regional events and executive experiences.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution and project management.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale Cin7's global field and event marketing program across NA, EMEA, APAC.
• Lead strategy and execution for trade shows, conferences, roadshows, customer events, webinars, and partner activations.
• Develop integrated campaigns to maximize event impact with cross-channel collaboration.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Partnerships, and leadership to align with GTM goals.
• Measure performance and ROI, optimize programs, report on pipeline impact.
• Manage budgets, agencies, vendors, and event operations efficiently.
• Explore AI-powered tools to improve productivity and campaign effectiveness.
