Job summary

Cin7 is seeking a Senior Manager, Field & Event Marketing to own and grow Cin7's global field marketing program. This role leads the strategy and execution of trade shows, conferences, roadshows, customer events, webinars, and partner activations, partnering with Sales, Product, and Marketing to maximize ROI and drive pipeline.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves to execute, building scalable programs, analyzing results, and continuously improving

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience with field or event marketing focus.
• Experience building or scaling field marketing programs in SaaS or high-growth tech.
• Proven track record running regional events and executive experiences that drive results.
• Ability to partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to align programs with goals.
• Strategic thinker who can also execute hands-on and manage multiple programs.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Data-driven with capability to measure ROI and optimize campaigns.
• Willingness to embrace AI and emerging marketing tech to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale Cin7's global field and event marketing program across NA, EMEA, and APAC.
• Lead strategy and execution of trade shows, conferences, roadshows, and partner activations.
• Develop integrated campaigns maximizing impact before, during, and after events.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Partnerships, and senior leadership.
• Measure performance, demonstrate ROI, and optimize future programs.
• Manage budgets, agencies, vendors, and event operations efficiently.
• Explore AI-powered tools to streamline workflows and scale impact.
