ServiceTitan is seeking a Sr. Manager, Field Events & Marketing to design and lead a new field events program that generates top-of-funnel pipeline. You will build outreach strategies, craft on-site experiences, and apply ABM to engage target accounts, driving measurable ROI across regions.

The role requires 12+ years in marketing/events, leadership ability, and a track record of SaaS field programs. We welcome remote candidates in the United States and offer a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or a related field.
10+ years of marketing and events experience with a focus on field events.
Proven track record building field marketing programs in fast‑growth SaaS.
Experience designing outreach that draws net-new prospects to events.

Responsibilities

Build and own our field marketing strategy, defining event formats, target segments, and success metrics for top-of-funnel pipeline.
Design outreach and on-site experiences that convert attendees into prospects.
Apply ABM principles to engage target accounts and prioritize outreach.
Lead testing and optimization to improve show rates and pipeline conversion.
Partner with sales leadership across regions to align on target accounts.
Manage full lifecycle of field events from strategy to post-event reporting.
Create a repeatable playbook for regional teams and mentor event planners.
Measure and report event performance against pipeline and revenue goals.
Collaborate cross-functionally to reinforce broader campaign strategy.
