Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Shape regional enablement strategy aligned to global programs.
• Assess regional readiness and skills gaps for improvement.
• Partner with Americas Directors to align enablement KPIs with revenue targets.
• Develop and deliver onboarding journeys to reduce ramp time.
• Drive adoption of Rubrik sales methodologies across the team.
• Track impact via CRM (Salesforce) and engagement tools like Clari.
