Job summary

OMG Federal is seeking a highly organized Proposal Manager to lead the full lifecycle of federal proposal responses in a remote capacity. This role requires coordinating with Business Development, operations, SMEs, and pricing to develop compliant, compelling submissions.

The ideal candidate will have experience with RFPs, RFIs, Sources Sought notices, task orders, and sole-source proposals, and will demonstrate strong technical writing and risk management skills in a fast-paced small-business

Qualifications

Requires 5–7 years of federal proposal management experience.
Experience coordinating federal proposals (RFPs, RFIs, Sources Sought, task orders, sole-source).
Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and document production skills.
Excellent oral and written communication; able to manage multiple contributors and priorities.

Responsibilities

Manage proposal development from qualification through submission and debrief.
Collaborate with Business Development, operations, SMEs, executives, teaming partners, and pricing.
Create and maintain compliance matrices, outlines, schedules, and submission checklists.
Lead kickoff meetings, color-team reviews, and submission readiness reviews.
Ensure on-time submission and alignment with solicitation requirements.
Develop and integrate proposal content including management approaches, narratives, staffing, and past performance.
