Job summary

Mattermost, a leader in secure collaboration for defense and intelligence, seeks a Senior Account Executive – Federal to own and expand the Intelligence Community territory. You will drive strategic renewals and net-new growth across IC agencies, navigating complex procurement and accreditation processes.

You will build executive relationships with IC stakeholders, partner with cleared FSIs and distributors, and manage multi-threaded sales cycles in sensitive environments, ensuring predictable

Qualifications

• Proven track record selling enterprise SaaS and closing multi-million-dollar deals.
• Experience selling to U.S. Intelligence Community agencies.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the Intelligence Community territory.
• Develop multi-year account strategies aligned to IC modernization and mission priorities.
• Expand Mattermost footprint across agencies and programs.
• Lead complex, multi-threaded enterprise SaaS deals with security reviews and accreditation workflows.
• Build and manage cleared Federal partner ecosystem and co-sell motions.
• Provide accurate revenue forecasting and deal timing visibility to leadership.
