Cognizant is seeking a Facets Products Consultant Manager to serve as a senior consulting lead and SME for TriZetto Facets core applications. The role focuses on configuration leadership, solution design, and strategic guidance for healthcare payer clients to optimize Facets functionality and improve auto-adjudication performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with TriZetto Facets in consulting, implementation, configuration, or solution architecture roles.
• Deep expertise in Facets core modules (Benefits, Provider, Enrollment, Claims).
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, and application configuration.
• Advanced knowledge of Facets ITS functionality, claims adjudication processing, and related data structures.
• Experience developing configuration strategies to improve operational efficiency and claims auto-adjudication.
• Proven ability to evaluate current-state environments and develop future-state optimization.
• Experience leading medium to large-scale healthcare payer implementations or transformations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting complex configurations and requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience collaborating within global onshore/offshore delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Facets SME and trusted advisor on configuration architecture and system capabilities.
• Lead requirements discovery, design sessions, and reviews to translate needs into configurations.
• Assess current Facets environments and develop future-state optimization roadmaps.
• Design scalable solutions to improve claims processing and auto-adjudication performance.
• Partner with business and technical teams to analyze requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Develop and communicate project plans, implementation strategies, and configuration approaches.
• Provide consulting leadership across project lifecycles, including risk and stakeholder management.
• Mentor client teams and transfer product knowledge for long-term adoption.
• Collaborate across onshore and offshore delivery teams to drive outcomes.
• Support Facets ITS initiatives, production support, and transformation programs.
