Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Test Lead - FACETS Configuration to lead QA for a large-scale healthcare payer platform. The role focuses on FACETS configuration validation, end-to-end testing, and driving test strategy, metrics, and stakeholder communications in an Agile/enterprise delivery setting.

This is a client-facing leadership role requiring strong analytical and communication skills, with remote work possibilities within the United States. visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Experience with FACETS in healthcare payer environments.
• Strong leadership in QA/testing within enterprise applications.
• Experience with requirements analysis, test strategy creation, and governance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee testing activities across the SDLC/STLC and coordinate QA efforts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams and clients to analyze requirements, develop test strategies, review test scenarios and test cases, and communicate results.
• Provide guidance to the QA team, monitor testing progress, and deliver actionable insights through test metrics and governance reporting.
• Lead quality initiatives and support healthcare technology solutions for the client.
