Cognizant is seeking a Senior Test Lead - FACETS Configuration to guide QA for a large-scale healthcare payer platform. You will drive test strategy, validation, and end-to-end testing across complex landscapes, coordinating with stakeholders in an Agile/enterprise delivery setting.

The role is client-facing, requires strong leadership and communication, and emphasizes FACETS configuration testing and SDLC/STLC governance. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

Strong experience as a Test Lead or Senior QA Analyst in enterprise app testing.
Hands-on FACETS experience, preferably in healthcare payer environments.
Solid understanding of FACETS Configuration and related business processes.
Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
Experience in test planning, strategy, and case design.
Experience preparing test metrics and governance dashboards.

Responsibilities

Lead testing activities across the software development lifecycle.
Develop test strategies, analyze requirements, and review test scenarios and cases.
Communicate test outcomes to stakeholders and clients.
Provide QA guidance, monitor progress, and deliver governance reports.
