Qualifications

• Strong experience leading QA in enterprise testing.
• Hands-on FACETS configuration testing in healthcare payer environments.
• Solid understanding of FACETS configuration and related business processes.
• Extensive SDLC/ STLC knowledge.
• Experience in test planning, strategy, metrics, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing activities across the software development lifecycle.
• Develop test strategies, review test scenarios and test cases.
• Communicate test outcomes and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Present test results in client-facing walkthroughs.
