Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Test Lead - FACETS Configuration to lead QA activities for a large-scale healthcare payer platform. You will drive test strategy, analysis, planning, and governance with stakeholders in an Agile/enterprise delivery environment.

This client-facing role requires strong leadership, communication, and hands-on FACETS configuration testing expertise to ensure high-quality software delivery across complex landscapes.

Qualifications

• Senior QA Analyst/Test Lead with enterprise application testing experience.
• Hands-on FACETS experience in healthcare payer environments.
• Strong knowledge of FACETS configuration and related processes.
• Solid SDLC and STLC understanding.
• Experience with test planning, strategy, case design and execution management.
• Experience creating test metrics, status reports, defect reports, and governance dashboards.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing efforts across the SDLC for a large-scale healthcare payer platform.
• Develop test strategies, analyze requirements, review test scenarios and cases.
• Provide guidance to QA team and report test metrics.
• Communicate test outcomes to stakeholders and clients.
• Governance reporting and continuous quality improvements.
