Job summary

Eaton's Corporate division seeks a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant who can be based at Beachwood, OH or work remotely within the US. You will own end-to-end executive recruitment, lead searches, scope position profiles, and guide interview processes to offer acceptance.

Reporting to the Global ETA Director, you will build a global executive TA function, partner with internal clients, and drive a best-in-class hiring experience while developing market insights and robust talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of executive recruitment experience and/or relevant experience; including recruitment of SVP and C Suite level positions.
• Eaton will not sponsor CPT, OPT, STEM OPT, F-1 to H-1B, H-1B cap, O-1, E-3, TN status, I-485 job portability, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end executive recruitment, including kickoff calls and strategy.
• Develop market intelligence and robust executive pipelines.
• Source, engage, and evaluate C-suite candidates.
• Coordinate interview process and stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with compensation on offers and negotiations.
• Manage the Executive Leadership Assessment program.
• Build internal and external relationships across a matrixed environment.
