Eaton is seeking a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead end-to-end executive recruiting across the enterprise. This role can be based at Eaton's Beachwood, OH location or remotely within the US, reporting to the Global ETA Director.

You will own the search process from kickoff through offer, partnering with hiring teams and compensation to deliver a best-in-class experience for internal clients and candidates.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of executive recruitment experience and/or relevant experience; including recruitment of SVP and C Suite level positions.
• Eaton will not sponsor employment immigration for CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT plans, F-1 to H-1B, H-1B cap, O-1, E-3, TN status, I-485 job portability, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Manage 10–15 executive level requisitions consistently.
• Lead search strategy and position success profiles with hiring teams.
• Oversee research to identify qualified candidates and build a pipeline.
• Source, engage, and evaluate executive leadership candidates.
• Partner with hiring teams to design interview processes and schedule.
• Collect and disseminate feedback from candidates and teams.
• Coordinate offer processes with Executive Compensation.
• Initiate and manage the Executive Leadership Assessment program.
• Build and sustain internal and external relationships across a matrixed environment.
