Eaton's Corporate division is seeking a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant who can be based in Beachwood, OH or work remotely within the US. You will own end-to-end executive recruitment, lead searches, scope profile success, identify top candidates, conduct interviews and drive offers through to acceptance.

You will partner with the ETA Director and cross‑functionally across the enterprise to deliver best‑in‑class hiring experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of executive recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting SVP and C-suite leaders.
• Immigration sponsorship not offered by Eaton.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end executive recruitment process for 10–15 reqs.
• Lead search strategy and position success profiles with hiring teams.
• Identify qualified candidates and market intelligence; build talent pipeline.
• Coordinate interview processes and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Advise on compensation together with Executive Compensation and manage offer communications.
• Manage the Executive Leadership Assessment program and maintain relationships across the matrixed organization.
