KIN + CO. is hiring a Senior Event Manager to lead high-profile meetings, incentives, conferences and special events for corporate clients. The role is remote in the United States and requires managing multiple key clients from conception to execution.

You will supervise a team, coordinate logistics, budgets, vendors, site visits, and client briefings while ensuring exceptional service and profitability. A background in conferences and incentives and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years conference and incentives agency experience.
• Strong project management across corporate summits, conferences and live/virtual events.
• Solid background in both account management and event production.
• Proven ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Strong client focus with attention to detail, flexibility and accountability.

Responsabilités

• Build and nurture relationships with clients.
• Coordinate logistics and all aspects of events from concept to delivery.
• Manage client communications and relationships.
• Lead a team daily, upholding company culture and standards.
• Oversee timelines, production schedules and budgets to ensure profitability.
• Contract and manage suppliers including venues, AV and technical staff.
• Conduct site inspections and client presentations.
• Provide support to clients and ensure expectations are met.
