Job summary

Mosaic Life Care seeks a senior Business Applications Analyst III – ERP to serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion ERP SCM. You will train, mentor, and support partners and ERP Analysts while driving system optimization and high availability across the organization.

You will lead design, configuration, testing, and implementation efforts, collaborate with IT and business teams, and pursue opportunities to improve ERP processes and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5+ years ERP systems experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP design, configuration, testing, and support.
• Experience in hospital or health system supply chain (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP application design, configuration, testing and implementation for SCM.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Lead collaboration with functional departments and IT to align ERP systems with enterprise goals.
• Identify opportunities for ERP and supply chain process and performance improvements.
• Deliver tasks within scope and project guidelines; document design decisions and workflows.
