Mosaic Life Care is seeking a senior Business Applications Analyst III – ERP to serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion ERP SCM. The role leads cross-functional initiatives, guides partners, trains staff, and ensures high availability and quality in ERP operations across the organization.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of ERP experience, with a focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Qualifications

• 5 years of ERP or functional business systems experience.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud design, configuration, testing, and support.
• Hospital or health system supply chain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP SCM application design, configuration, testing and implementation efforts.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Collaborate with functional departments and IT to align ERP systems with enterprise goals.
• Identify opportunities for ERP and supply chain process and performance improvements.
• Deliver work products that meet project requirements within guidelines.
