Jobgether is seeking a Senior Integration Manager based in the United States to lead complex ERP integration initiatives across M&A programs. You will drive planning, execution, and governance for ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, and Workday, coordinating finance, tax, treasury, and other cross‑functional teams.

You will partner with executives and integration offices to ensure on‑time delivery, risk mitigation, and continuous process improvement, while enabling scalable playbooks and successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 5–7 years of project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• 3–5 years of mergers and acquisitions experience with end‑to‑end integration lifecycle understanding.
• Experience with ERP integrations or migrations (Oracle, SAP, Workday).
• Strong finance/accounting integration knowledge including Tax/Treasury.

Responsabilités

• Translate due diligence findings into integration plans for assigned functions.
• Lead ERP integration/workstreams across Oracle, SAP, Workday and related systems.
• Manage day‑to‑day execution of integration initiatives, timelines, resources and milestones.
• Secure alignment from senior leadership and stakeholders across the integration lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including onshore/offshore and vendors.
