Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Business Transformation ERP Specialist based in the United States to drive ERP implementation and M&A integration across global operations. You will collaborate with Operations, IT, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and site leadership to align technology with business needs.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, continuous improvement, and change management to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools across manufacturing and supply chain.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.
5+ years in manufacturing, capital goods, or business transformation.
Experience supporting ERP implementations or migrations.
Experience with M&A integration and process alignment.

Responsibilities

Partner with IT, Operations, and site leadership to define ERP requirements.
Support ERP transitions and alignment of processes across units.
Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for standardization.
Lead system testing, data migration, training, and go-live support.
Develop change management to improve adoption of new systems.
