ReSource Pro is seeking a Senior M&A Integration Manager to partner on ERP integrations, accounting and finance, tax, and treasury during acquisition integrations. You will coordinate timelines, report progress, and ensure successful execution aligned with strategic objectives while collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and change management across workstreams, with a flexible remote setup for US-based candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5–7 years’ experience in project management.
• 3–5 years’ minimum experience in mergers & acquisitions; high level of knowledge of M&A integration lifecycle.
• M&A integration and IMO/finance/accounting focus preferred.
• Experience with ERP integrations (Oracle, SAP, Workday) and PM tools like ClickUp/Asana/Monday.com.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate integration projects across ERP, accounting, tax and treasury workstreams.
• Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure milestones are met.
• Report progress to senior leadership and escalate risks or blockers as needed.
• Collaborate with leaders across workstreams and external partners to ensure alignment.
• Facilitate workstream meetings, track action items, and drive accountability for deadlines.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to playbooks for future integrations.
