Job summary

Turner Information Services is seeking a senior procurement leader to drive enterprise technology sourcing and supplier governance. You will manage multi-year category roadmaps, run RFI/RFP/RFQ events, and partner with Legal, Finance and IT to optimize TCO and supplier performance.

The role requires 10+ years in procurement, strong software/SaaS licensing knowledge, and global negotiation experience. Hybrid work model and US-based offices available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 10+ years in procurement or sourcing.
• 5+ years of direct experience leading enterprise technology procurement.
• 3+ years of people-leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success in multimillion-dollar enterprise technology negotiations with measurable savings.
• Knowledge of enterprise software licensing, SaaS and cloud models; software asset management.
• Experience leading end-to-end competitive sourcing events (RFI/RFP/RFQ) and governance.
• Experience with SAP, Ariba, Coupa, ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• MBA or master’s degree and CPSM/MCIPS certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year technology category strategies and roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes with market analysis and supplier due diligence.
• Lead complex negotiations for software, SaaS, cloud services, hardware and professional services.
• Manage contract lifecycle, supplier performance, and governance across regions.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, IT and business leaders to optimize total cost of ownership.
