Job summary

Recruitics Careers is seeking a senior, quota-carrying SaaS sales professional to sell the Recruitics platform to HR and Talent Acquisition leaders. You may work remotely or from our offices in NYC, Chicago, or Lafayette, overseeing the full sales cycle from discovery through close and aligning analytics and advertising capabilities with the client's hiring goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years quota-carrying software or SaaS sales in HR/recruiting is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of top-quartile quota attainment.
• Experience selling to HR, Talent Acquisition, or recruiting buyers.
• Strong consultative, multi-stakeholder deal skills including C-level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; polished presentations.
• Proficiency with CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle platform sales from prospecting to close.
• Position Recruitics as a unified solution (software, managed media, analytics).
• Conduct consultative discovery of hiring objectives and tech stack.
• Engage with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, RevOps, and C-level stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, lead RFPs, and negotiate contracts.
• Manage CRM pipeline and forecast monthly/quarterly results.
• Collaborate with SDRs and Marketing on outbound strategy and collateral.
• Stay current on recruitment marketing and HR tech landscape.
