Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems seeks an Enterprise Project Manager III to lead large, multi-project initiatives from inception through close-out. Remote work options available for residents of WA, UT, OR, ID, ND with strong PM methodology and budget control.

Responsibilities include delivering projects on time and within budget, building teams, reporting to leadership, and applying standard PM practices. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years PM leadership are required; PMP or PM certification strongly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of progressive project management with leadership of large, concurrent projects (> $1M) and teams of 10+.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects to successful completion, on schedule and within budget.
• Contribute to the development of, and adherence to, company-adopted project management methods.
• Plan, direct, coordinate, and report project management activities in accordance with policies and standards.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely deliverables within budgetary constraints.
• Manage overall project plans, preparing and presenting status reports to leadership, project teams, and client groups.
• Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, and provide guidance to team members.
• Define, collect, and analyze metrics to ensure projects are on target.
• Proactively recommend courses of action to maintain cost-effectiveness and stay current on PM methodology.
