Job summary

Padmore Global Connections LLC seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex enterprise projects within the Enterprise Systems Department. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver on scope, schedule, and budget while guiding stakeholders through project milestones.

Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years of PM/BA experience, strong communication, and a proven track record with Jira and Agile methodologies in research or educational settings.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years job-related experience.
• Experience with Agile SDLC, iterative and Waterfall.
• Strong communication skills across audiences: mgmt, stakeholders, users, SMEs, developers.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through full lifecycle from definition to implementation.
• Plan, direct, and monitor work across teams; manage time and resources.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships; negotiate scope and schedule changes.
• Identify risks and issues; develop mitigation strategies with leadership.
• Oversee UAT and provide test cases/scenarios.
• Coordinate with web app teams using Java and Drupal.
