Job summary

CareOregon, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager III for a temporary assignment to lead large-scale, complex projects using LEAN and project management best practices. The role interfaces with internal and external partners, contractors and stakeholders, ensuring accountability and robust documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of related experience, including 5 years leading projects.
• Experience leading information systems projects, including some at a complex level.
• Prefers Scrum/Agile/PMI Project Management certification.
• 3+ years in health plan operations and 2+ years in health care/managed care.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop project plans with milestones, priorities and resources.
• Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings to build consensus.
• Analyze business needs to identify technical solutions and inform proposals.
• Lead stakeholders and provide guidance to project teams.
• Regularly communicate project status to Sponsors and stakeholders.
