Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• PMP certification is required.
• 8–12+ years of progressive project/program management experience.
• Experience in Dental/Medical/Healthcare or retail industry is required.
• Hybrid delivery model experience and engaging executive stakeholders is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, multi-workstream initiatives across business, technology, operations, and vendors.
• Tailor hybrid delivery approach based on scope, risk and readiness.
• Develop and maintain executive charters, schedules, roadmaps and governance artifacts.
• Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and delivery leads to align backlog with strategy.
• Own initiative-level budget planning, forecasting and reporting.
• Identify enterprise risks and dependencies proactively.
• Serve as primary delivery authority for executive sponsors and steering committees.
• Provide direction to PMs, Scrum Masters and cross-functional leads.
