states. You will manage strategic relationships at the executive level, conduct business reviews, and guide account planning to grow merchant value and retention. Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in sales and merchant services in a related industry.
• Ability to build consultative and executive-level customer relationships.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Work with internal stakeholders to continuously improve the merchant experience.
• Increase performance KPIs of customers to deliver world-class service.
• Coach team members to elevate performance for middle-market merchants.
• Analyze merchants’ supply chain performance and identify opportunities or risks.
• Conduct business reviews and track merchant growth and expansion opportunities.
• Grow and maintain strategic relationships at all levels within your merchants.
• Report to Senior leadership and drive strategic account planning.
