Job summary
Ladders is seeking a Senior/Lead Cyber Security IAM Engineer to design and deliver modern identity and governance in a cloud-first environment. This remote US-based role collaborates with cybersecurity and business leaders to strengthen governance, reduce access-related risk, and automate identity workflows.
Responsibilities include building scalable IGA capabilities, implementing federation, and guiding access decisions through data-driven insights while maintaining strong security across
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with IGA platforms SailPoint or Saviynt.
- Experience with identity infrastructure including Active Directory, Entra ID, AWS IAM, Okta, and RHIM.
- Knowledge of federation and access protocols (SAML, SSO, SCIM, LDAP, RADIUS, Kerberos, MFA, FIDO2).
- Automation and scripting in Python for identity workflows.
- Experience with Segregation of Duties and Least Privilege principles.
- Experience automating identity processes related to HRIS systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, modern, cloud-based IGA platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and business leaders to define identity engineering strategy.
- Support identity-based platforms for governance, privileged access, and federation.
- Evaluate identity services regularly and address governance gaps and risks.
- Guide engineering decisions based on access patterns and behavioral data to enhance security.
