Job summary

Dialpad is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end deployments for Enterprise customers, guiding projects from kickoff through successful adoption and ongoing value realization.

You will partner with customers and internal teams, manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies, and ensure successful implementation and handover to ongoing operations. This role is remote from North Carolina, USA and requires strong cloud-based tool proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of Project Management experience in SaaS/telecom/Enterprise SaaS.
• Experience leading complex Enterprise SaaS implementations for Fortune 1000 or similarly complex organizations.
• Strong governance, documentation, and attention to detail.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment projects for Enterprise customers.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations.
• Provide executive-level updates and manage client expectations.
• Deliver administrator training and post-implementation support.
