Job summary

Environ Energy is seeking a Senior Energy Procurement Specialist to support channel partners and their commercial clients through pricing, contracting, enrollment, and renewal in deregulated markets. You will manage a portfolio, coordinate pricing requests, and drive deals across suppliers and internal teams.

The role is senior on the Agent team, with responsibility to mentor newer members and contribute to migrating to a new deal-management platform while optimizing deal flow and customer

Qualifications

• Retail energy experience in deregulated markets
• Hands-on experience with pricing requests, bid preparation, contract coordination, enrollments, and renewals
• Experience coordinating work across suppliers, utilities, sales teams, and clients
• Strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication with clients, partners, and suppliers
• Ability to own escalations through to resolution and train teammates

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for an assigned portfolio of channel partners and their clients
• Coordinate pricing requests and prepare client-ready bid sheets and proposals
• Target suppliers to improve pricing competitiveness and share market trends with leadership
• Manage transactions from pricing through contract execution, enrollment, and renewal
• Monitor enrollment and post‑execution requirements and flag risks early with recommended actions
• Assist with data cleanup and migration to a new deal-management platform
