Job summary

Environ Energy, a leader in energy, engineering, and sustainability solutions, seeks a Director of Sales to drive new client acquisition and expand our presence across a national territory. The role targets large prospects with multi-solution needs and emphasizes building strong relationships from initial contact to closing deals.

You will promote Environ’s suite of solutions, educate clients on benefits, and leverage CRM and market insights to steer opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years energy sales experience required.
• Experience cross-selling energy solutions in manufacturing, higher/private education, or healthcare sectors preferred.
• 5+ years relevant work experience with energy-related certifications accepted in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers within a market segment and develop strategies to reach them.
• Establish rapport quickly with clear, persuasive calls and adapt scripts to address objections.
• Qualify leads using Budget, Authority, Need, Timing (BANT) to determine purchase readiness.
• Build relationships with clients and refer leads through networking, trade shows, and events.
• Document all activities in CRM and provide market updates to management.
