Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in employee benefits brokerage or consulting.
• Group Health License for Employee Benefits is required.
• Proven success in new business development and client relationship management.
• Experience advising mid-market and large employer groups on benefits strategies.
• Strong knowledge of benefits administration and carrier products.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet annual new business revenue goals.
• Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline through networking and prospecting.
• Conduct needs assessments and develop customized benefits strategies.
• Maintain CRM activity, pipeline, and revenue forecasting.
• Analyze and evaluate medical, dental, vision, life, disability and other benefit programs.
• Review RFPs, conduct market analyses, negotiate terms with carriers, and renew strategies.
• Develop financial projections, cost analyses, and strategic recommendations.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements with carriers and vendors.
