Job summary
Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineer with a strong background in infrastructure development to join a fully remote team. You will lead design and execution of large-scale electrical infrastructure projects, including power generation, transmission, and distribution systems.
The ideal candidate has a master's in electrical engineering, 10+ years of experience, and expert knowledge of HV equipment and grid integration, with remote leadership skills and proficiency in PSS/E/ETAP.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with power systems focus.
- 10+ years designing and managing electrical infrastructure.
- Experience with HV equipment, protection, grid integration.
- Proficient in power system analysis software and PM tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead design of high-voltage infrastructure including substations.
- Conduct feasibility studies, load forecasting, and planning.
- Prepare specs, drawings, and cost estimates.
- Oversee procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with standards and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with agencies and stakeholders to deliver projects.
