Job summary

The Renaissance Network, Inc. partners with Strategic Kids to connect California school districts with high-quality staffing and enrichment programs. This remote role seeks a Senior Educational Advisor based in California to help districts access education solutions and expand opportunities for students.

You will cultivate trusted relationships with CA education leaders, manage a flexible 5–10 hour weekly schedule, and secure introductory meetings to drive long-term contracts and success.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in California school districts (e.g., superintendent or executive roles).
• Strong relationships with CA district leaders at assistant superintendent level and above across multiple districts.
• Proven track record of proactively reconnecting with former colleagues and starting conversations.
• Professional credibility to secure meetings on your recommendation.
• Leadership experience in several CA districts; larger districts a plus.
• Located anywhere in California; this is a remote role with no routine in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to former colleagues and contacts in California school districts to introduce Strategic Kids' offerings.
• Secure introductory meetings with district decision-makers.
• Expand Strategic Kids' impact by bringing their services to schools and students they do not yet serve.
