Renaissance is seeking a District Consultant I to lead the strategic implementation of Renaissance products for local public schools in Nevada. This part-time contractor role requires onsite work in the Clark County/ Las Vegas area, with some remote support.

You will deliver PD, coordinate services, and guide districts through implementation steps. Ideal candidates bring experience with K-12 education clients, strong communication, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience working with school districts or K-12 education clients.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate with key district leaders.
• Willingness to travel to districts as needed.
• Understanding of how school districts operate.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsabilités

• Deliver professional development training on best practices for product usage.
• Coordinate professional development and technical services to the district.
• Create and maintain a detailed project schedule with the Customer Success Management Team.
• Collaborate with Renaissance leaders to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Establish clear communication with schools, district leaders and Renaissance.
• Host weekly status meetings with district leaders.
• Monitor implementation and provide recommendations for next steps.
• Work with campuses onsite and remotely as applicable.
• Identify opportunities to improve or expand the district's implementation.
• Analyze data at district and school levels after assessments.
• Participate in internal meetings and professional learning opportunities.
