Wayfinder is seeking a passionate Senior Account Executive focused on expanding partnerships in the Florida/Georgia region. This role requires a proven track record in quota-carrying sales, specifically within K-12 education. The ideal candidate will build authentic relationships with school districts, advocating for purpose learning.

Compensation includes a base salary of $100K–$120K, with an OTE up to $200K. Benefits include flexible vacation, healthcare coverage, and 401k contributions, among others.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota-carrying sales role specifically in FL/GA.
• Experience selling educational software related to whole child development.
• Ability to create territory plans and manage relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

• Identify and expand new business impacting Wayfinder's reach.
• Build a pipeline by researching districts and engaging decision-makers.
• Maintain meaningful conversations with prospective district partners.
