Fish & Richardson P.C. is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Analyst for its remote-first hub, primarily home-based across the U.S. The role focuses on ESI preservation, collection, processing, analysis, and production, leveraging Relativity One, aiR, and AI tools to optimize data sets and workflows.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in litigation or regulatory matters with advanced Relativity credentials and vendor experience. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters with significant working knowledge of document review technologies.
• Relativity Certified Administrator certification is required for the Senior level.
• Relativity Analytics Specialist and Relativity Processing Specialist certifications are preferred; AI-related credentials are preferred as they become available.
• eDiscovery vendor-side experience such as processing, hosting or vendor project management background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult case teams on preservation, collection, processing, analysis, review, and production of ESI.
• Utilize Relativity Analytics and AI tools to reduce the size of potentially relevant data sets.
• Develop and maintain documentation surrounding ESI analysis and review plans.
• Design, execute, and validate AI-assisted review workflows using the Relativity aiR suite.
• Serve as a subject-matter resource for generative AI and analytics tools, mentoring analysts.
