Syms Strategic Group (SSG) is seeking a Senior Software Developer (EDI) for remote work in the United States. You will own EDI workflows, mappings, and data validation rules while partnering with stakeholders to ensure accurate transaction processing.

Qualifications

• Experience with EDI X.12 workflows and SNIP validations.
• Ability to interpret loops, segments, and element errors in EDI.
• Proficiency with Edifecs tools and AWS cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Own EDI workflows, partner requirements, and data validation rules.
• Ensure accurate transaction processing and support business operations.
• Interpret and troubleshoot 270/271, 276/277, 278, 820, 834, 835, 837, 999/277CA transactions.
• Analyze SNIP compliance and companion guides; document mapping requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams on issue resolution.
• Validate data flows and support audits; maintain data quality guardrails.
