Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an eCOA Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end study proposals for our eCOA application, from protocol scoping to contracting. You will translate clinical and technical requirements into winning proposals and support Account Partners throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proposal management experience in clinical trials or clinical systems.
• Proven track record in proposal development and contract/change order management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong project management capabilities with ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
• Collaborative and consultative work style.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate study protocols to identify required eCOA components and define project scopes in proposals.
• Lead development of detailed, competitive proposals, contracts, and change orders.
• Serve as primary contact for proposal details and client questions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to refine and scale proposal and contract frameworks.
• Proactively manage a workload with multiple proposals in a fast-paced environment.
