Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Lead Services Engagement Manager (SEM) to drive eCOA implementations for life sciences customers. This remote role supports clients in the US, with focus on Massachusetts and Boston markets, collaborating with Sales, Strategy, and Services teams.

You will set strategy for scoping, planning, and execution, align vendor relationships, and scale SEM activities. Travel up to 25% is expected; base pay ranges from $120,000 to $160,000 with potential additional compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in delivering consulting services or selling services for Clinical Data Applications, including eCOA.
• 3+ years scoping project plans, resource models, and SOW negotiations.
• Understanding data capture in clinical trials and how EDC interacts with IVRS, CTMS.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Align with services and sales to provide implementation proposals and establish confidence with prospects.
• Develop and spearhead eCOA service offerings across multiple customer types.
• Set client and internal stakeholder expectations correctly with a focus on long-term success.
• Develop, own, and manage partner vendor relationships for contracting and services operations.
• Lead, grow, and scale eCOA SEM activities and operations.
