Job summary

Premera is seeking a Software Development Engineer IV to lead CRM initiatives within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service. You will design and implement Canvas Apps, model-driven apps, and Power Automate flows, integrating with Genesys, Facets, and internal systems to unify the customer experience.

You'll optimize performance, enable AI-driven processes, and guide teams through CI/CD, testing, and production support in a hybrid Mountlake Terrace, WA setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• 8+ years of software development experience with SDLC.
• 5+ years of any D365 experience.
• Proficient in Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dynamics 365 SDK.
• Experience with Azure services to extend and integrate D365.
• Experience with data surfacing strategies like PCF, custom pages, and virtual entities.
• Strong CRM UX focus and front-line support design.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in agile or hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CRM capabilities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customer service.
• Support integrations with telephony platforms (Genesys), Facets, and internal systems.
• Build and maintain plug-ins, custom workflows, Power Platform components, and data integrations.
• Optimize performance, usability, and automation for CSR call, chat, and email flows.
• Enable AI-driven experiences through virtual agents and intelligent routing.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve reliability and adoption of D365 features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT leaders to understand problems and identify solutions.
• Translate system requirements into code and apply CI/CD; perform testing and document results.
• Produce SDLC artifacts and technical documentation; resolve production issues.
