Job summary

La Mesa RV seeks a Sr. CRM Specialist to implement, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, supporting business operations. The role blends functional design with hands-on technical configuration and requires collaboration with sales, marketing, IT, and product teams to deliver robust CRM solutions.

The ideal candidate will manage data migrations, integrations, and platform enhancements, while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance across the CRM ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CRM Functional Analyst, Specialist, or Implementer in a B2C environment.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM sales and marketing capabilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Dynamics 365 platform configuration and customization.
• Experience with 2-3 full-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Skilled in integrating CRM with broader sales-tech and mar-tech ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales & marketing product teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Design and configure CRM solutions to support custom sales applications and workflows.
• Implement and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM to align with functional and technical requirements.
• Partner with IT and product teams to integrate CRM with sales-tech and mar-tech tools.
• Work with solution and data architects to design a customer data platform.
• Manage CRM enhancements, integrations, and data migrations.
• Provide subject matter expertise in CRM capabilities, especially for B2C customer lifecycle management.
• Conduct gap analyses and recommend system improvements to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• Support testing, training, and deployment of new CRM features and updates.
• Monitor CRM performance and usage, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve CRM-related problems.
• Deliver end-user support and training to promote effective system usage.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the CRM platform.
