Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to shape the architecture for CRM and sales technology capabilities, ensuring scalable and secure solutions aligned to enterprise strategy. The role partners with business and technology stakeholders to design connected systems across complex lifecycles.

You will define integration approaches, evaluate tradeoffs, and translate business priorities into practical technology outcomes while leading globally distributed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field; Master's preferred
• 10+ years of enterprise application delivery and solution architecture experience
• 7+ years designing and implementing CRM solutions
• Proven experience with complex integrations across multiple enterprise platforms
• Experience integrating CRM with ERP, CPQ, and data management systems
• Experience leading globally distributed technical teams
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and governance processes

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture across sales and CRM capabilities
• Define scalable and secure end-to-end solutions aligned with enterprise strategy
• Provide architecture direction and governance throughout project lifecycles
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design connected enterprise solutions
• Define integration patterns and system interactions across platforms
• Evaluate solution tradeoffs and recommend options balancing cost and business value
• Translate business strategy into practical technology solutions
