Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field; Master's preferred
• 10+ years of enterprise application delivery and solution architecture experience
• 7+ years designing and implementing CRM solutions
• Proven experience with complex integrations across multiple enterprise platforms
• Experience integrating CRM with ERP, CPQ, and data management systems
• Experience leading globally distributed technical teams
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and governance processes

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will shape the architecture for CRM and sales technology capabilities, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to enterprise strategy. The position will partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to design connected systems and guide decisions across complex project lifecycles. It will also define integration approaches, evaluate tradeoffs, and translate business priorities into practical technology outcomes.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $138,000 – $165,000 annually
