Otis Worldwide Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to define and govern end-to-end business and technical solutions across the enterprise sales and CRM landscape.

As the primary Dynamics 365 solution architect, you will partner with EA, Salesforce, JD Edwards, CPQ, Integration, Data, and Digital teams to deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions, with a preference for candidates in Connecticut and a flexible remote arrangement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise application delivery and solution architecture.
• 7+ years designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Experience designing solutions across multiple enterprise platforms with complex integrations.
• Experience integrating CRM with ERP, CPQ, data management systems.
• Leading globally distributed technical teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture governance.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dynamics 365 solution architecture for Sales, CRM, and Power Platform.
• Define scalable, secure end-to-end solutions aligned to strategy and priorities.
• Provide architecture direction, governance, and decision support throughout projects.
• Partner with EA, Salesforce, JDE, CPQ, Integration, Data, and Digital teams to design connected solutions.
• Define integration patterns, system interactions, and platform boundaries across CRM, ERP, CPQ, Azure, and data platforms.
• Evaluate tradeoffs and recommend options balancing cost, risk, and value.
• Translate business strategy into practical technology solutions.
• Support business cases, roadmap planning, and technology investments.
• Establish architecture standards, reusable patterns, and design docs.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, regulatory and governance requirements.
• Maintain roadmaps, decision logs, and technical quality reviews.
