Job summary

La Fosse is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to define and own the organisation’s target technology architecture. The role focuses on aligning platforms, integrations and investments with long-term business objectives in a fully remote setting.

You will lead governance, establish a Design Authority, and translate complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations while engaging with senior stakeholders and IT leadership.

• Experience leading architecture governance and design authority processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy, target-state architecture and technology roadmap.
• Lead architecture governance and establish a Design Authority, reviewing designs and challenging suppliers.
• Define integration architecture across CRM, data platforms and surrounding applications, including APIs and cloud integrations.
• Assess technology investments, legacy systems and technical debt, identifying modernization opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT leadership and delivery partners to translate complex technical concepts into business recommendations.

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to define and own the organisation’s target technology architecture, ensuring systems, integrations and technology investments align with long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Experience:

• Own and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy, target-state architecture and technology transition roadmap.
• Lead architecture governance and establish a Design Authority, reviewing and approving solution designs and challenging suppliers where required.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure and the wider Microsoft technology ecosystem.
• Define integration architecture across CRM, data platforms and surrounding applications, including APIs, middleware and cloud-based integrations.
• Assess technology investments, legacy systems and technical debt, identifying opportunities to modernise, consolidate or replace existing solutions.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders, IT leadership and delivery partners, translating complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations.
