Job summary

The COPD Foundation is seeking a Senior Manager, Donor Engagement, Analytics & Strategy to lead donor pipeline strategy and analytics in a fully virtual national setting. You will drive donor journey design, segmentation, and reporting to optimize giving and long-term support.

Reporting to the Chief Philanthropy Officer, you will build dashboards across Blackbaud platforms, manage prospect research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow recurring giving and major gifts while

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of nonprofit fundraising, advancement services, donor analytics, or pipeline strategy.
• Experience building or managing donor pipelines and digital donor journeys.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Blackbaud platforms (RE NXT, ResearchPoint, Luminate Online, TeamRaiser).
• Experience with planned giving lead pipelines and wealth screening preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage the end-to-end donor pipeline from digital to major and planned giving.
• Establish donor tiers, movement criteria, and handoff points across giving levels.
• Develop and manage mid-level donor strategy, segmentation, and upgrade modeling.
• Provide actionable insights to inform strategy, forecasting, and resource allocation.
