Qualifications

• Experience in DocuSign CLM workflow development and configuration.
• Proficiency in CLM repository management and data governance.
• Basic HTML knowledge for system eForm and email templates.
• C# programming experience relevant to CLM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize DocuSign CLM workflows and templates to meet business requirements.
• Implement and manage CLM repository structures and governance processes to ensure organized document management.
• Handle CLM data management tasks including document migration, metadata management, and system integration.
• Create user-friendly form designs utilizing HTML and DocuSign CLM features to enhance system user experience.
• Configure CLM administration settings and features to optimize system performance and user productivity.
• Integrate DocuSign CLM with other systems utilizing CLM connector and API framework.
• Lead technical CLM demonstrations of system development during client engagements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CLM-related issues.
• Collaborate with DocuSign support teams to ensure best practices.
• Conduct regular system maintenance and updates for reliability and security.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for CLM customizations and integrations.
• Train and mentor junior consultants on CLM best practices.
• Participate in template and workflow reviews to ensure quality.
• Stay updated with DocuSign CLM features and industry trends.
