The Judge Group seeks a Sr. Director of Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) in Denver. This leadership role focuses on material supply planning, supplier relationships, and inventory management, driving value across the global supply chain and operations.

Remote travel is expected (50%+). The role reports to senior leadership and shapes the strategy for demand planning, master scheduling, and logistics while delivering cost savings and productivity improvements.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Logistics, IE or related field.
• 10+ years in supply chain materials management or logistics.
• 5+ years leadership/management experience in global ops.
• Proven track record in global supply chain, inventory control and supplier relations.
• Ability to optimize inventory and reduce costs while meeting production needs.
• Proficiency in supply chain analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in multicultural environments.

Mansioni

• Develop a vision and long-term strategy for materials management and SIOP across the division.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes for supplier management, order fulfillment, inventory and materials management.
• Manage risks by diversifying supplier base across in-plant materials and supply chain management.
• Ensure SIOP plans meet customer expectations and align facilities to the plan.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with demand planning, product lines, engineering, operations, and finance.
• Build executive relationships with suppliers and partners for accountability.
• Lead continuous improvement to achieve predictability and efficiency.
• Establish KPI programs to measure performance of the division’s supply chain.
• Develop analytics to monitor metrics and drive corrective actions.
